What you’ll learn

  • Turn business needs into a product. Work with stakeholders, map workflows and scope a useful first release.
  • Prototype at speed. Use AI coding tools to build interactive prototypes, test ideas with users and iterate quickly.
  • Build working software and platforms. Develop interfaces, backend services, databases and integrations that fit the company’s systems.

Project

Build and ship a usable software product or platform for a company, using AI to accelerate development. Deliver a working interface, backend, database and integrations, with tested user journeys, source code and a deployed release.

Take a company workflow from idea to launch: a customer portal, an operations platform or an internal business tool. Prototype quickly, validate with users and improve the product through short development cycles. Use AI throughout delivery to get working software into people’s hands faster.

02Defend with AI

AI security testing engineers

Penetration test existing applications and software to uncover vulnerabilities, verify their impact and help close the gaps. Use AI to support investigation and work with quality assurance, security and software engineers to implement fixes, retest them and strengthen the application.

For: Security engineers, penetration testers and QA engineers with a grounding in web and API security.

What you’ll learn

  • Understand the application. Map its architecture, user roles, data flows and attack surface, then agree the scope of testing.
  • Find the security gaps. Test existing interfaces, APIs and business workflows for weaknesses in authentication, access controls, input handling and data protection.
  • Use AI to accelerate investigation. Support code review, test design and evidence analysis while independently verifying findings and filtering false positives.
  • Work with the team to fix them. Give QA, security and software engineers reproducible findings, prioritise risk and collaborate on remediation.
  • Retest and prevent regression. Verify that fixes close the vulnerabilities, check that user journeys still work and add security checks to the release process.
Project

Penetration test an existing application in an authorised environment. Reproduce and prioritise vulnerabilities, work with QA and security engineers on fixes, and deliver a retested application with evidence of closed findings and repeatable regression tests.

In practice

Work through the full find–fix–retest cycle on existing software in a controlled lab or an authorised company environment. Collaborate with QA and security engineers to close verified vulnerabilities and confirm that the application’s key workflows remain functional after each fix.

Which track is right for me?

Choose forward-deployed engineering to build company software and platforms using AI for faster prototyping and delivery. Choose AI security testing to penetration test existing applications and work with QA and security engineers to find, fix and retest vulnerabilities.

Do I need previous AI experience?

Bring the engineering or security fundamentals for your chosen track. We’ll discuss your experience before agreeing the scope, including any preparation needed for models, retrieval or agent workflows.

Can training use our own tools and use cases?

Tell us about your stack, deployment requirements and team goals. We can scope exercises around those constraints, using approved or synthetic data and agreed testing environments.

What are the dates, format and cost?

Either course costs USD 10,000 per person for three months of 1:1 training. Choose forward-deployed engineering or AI security testing, then contact us to discuss your start date and prerequisites.
